To Unifor members at Stellantis,

With strike authorization votes complete and an overwhelming 97.3% strike mandate secured, we want to update you on the status of negotiations.

Firstly, the bargaining committee thanks you for your strong support. The mandate you gave us will help move discussions forward and reinforce the message that we are united and serious about reaching an agreement.

As was previously reported, the company is in active discussions with federal government officials. In recent days, Stellantis informed us these talks are moving closer to a conclusion. Once these discussions finish, formal negotiations will restart.

The lines of communication with Stellantis remain open. The company notified us they will reach out next week to provide an update.
